Scott is President & CEO of American Home Team Inc. (www.americanhometeam.com) dba Puget Sound Real Estate Investments® (www.psrei.com) where he has developed a full service web site focused on giving Real Estate Investors “the tools they need, the information they want … now.” His company provides Property Evaluation, Property Acquisition, Project Management, and Property Liquidation Services for investors. American Home Team Inc. also works with Investors wanting to transition from their current careers to real estate careers by training them how to build a solid Real Estate business with a focus on Real Estate Investing. Scott was also an Appraiser Apprenticeship program for two years where he appraised over 800 properties and specialized in appraising distressed and investment properties.Prior to Scott’s distinguished Real Estate Career, he served as a Customer Retention Management and Email Marketing Consultant with one of the nation’s largest CRM companies based out of Boston, Massachusetts. He consulted with top companies like IBM, Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, Eddie Bauer and Excite@Home to develop fully interactive marketing campaigns while maintaining a high level of customer service and branding. Since 9/11 rocked the industry, Scott was able to get involved with his real love, Real Estate. Since January of 2002, Scott has earned 3 Gold Awards, a Platinum Award, Master Ruby & Master Emerald Award through the Century 21 Network.
